Do my vendors need to sign up or change anything?
No. Your vendors don't need to do anything. You upload the price sheets they already send you — email attachments, downloaded files, whatever format they use. They receive orders as regular emails or text messages.
What file formats does Parstock accept?
CSV, Excel (.xlsx, .xls, .xlsm), and informal/handwritten-style files. If the columns aren't automatically detected, the app walks you through mapping them manually — takes about 30 seconds.
How does the cheapest-split calculation work?
For each item on your order, Parstock looks up the price from every vendor who carries it (after normalizing units and applying any discounts). It then assigns each item to the cheapest source and shows you the per-vendor breakdown.
Is my data private?
Yes. Each restaurant account is completely isolated — no other user or restaurant can ever see your prices, vendors, or orders. Data is stored encrypted in a US-based database.
Can I use this for multiple restaurant locations?
Yes — each location gets its own workspace. Multi-location pricing is available on the custom plan. Each location manages its own vendor relationships and price sheets independently.
What happens after my 14-day trial?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. Your data is never deleted. If you don't subscribe, your account is paused — you can reactivate anytime without losing anything.
